I’m unable to login?

If you are unable to login to your account, the first thing you need to do is check that you’ve entered both your Username and your password correctly. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by selecting the ‘Forgot password?’ button, on the login page.


If you’re unable to remember your username, or the e-mail address which you used to create your account, please contact our Customer Services team via customer.services@swiftygaming.com.


If you have set an account ‘Play Break’ or a ‘Self-exclusion’, you’ll need to wait for your instruction to expire, before you will be able log back into your account.


If you receive a message from us, stating your account is closed, and it is the first time you’ve been made aware of this, you can contact us on the e-mail address above, for more details.
